A 48 hour notice for all appointment cancellations.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hour notice are subject to a $25 fee payable immediately. Any no call/no show appointment will be charged the half appointment price.

No guests or children allowed if not being serviced.

Please arrive with your hair free of heavy oils/grease, twists, braids, or dirt/debris from recently removed extensions. A $25 per half and hour up-charge will be applied to hair that is excessively tangled, matted, or dirty that needs excessive detangling. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled if your hair requires additional prep time.

No food other than small snacks and drinks.

First time color clients will need to book an assessment appointment before being allowed to book color services. During this initial appointment your hair will be assessed to determine if you are a candidate for color services. All color appointments that have been  booked without the assessment appointment completed will be cancelled. This is to ensure the health and integrity of your hair.
